Salesforce.com | Windows Live Toolbar Conflict

ISSUE:
Clicking a lookup fields 'spyglass' button results in the corresponding lookups dialog box appearing for approximately 1 second before closing thereby rendering the lookup useless.


RESOLUTION:
Salesforce.com support states that there is a conflict between Salesforce.com and the Windows Live Toolbar. They recommend uninstalling the Windows Live Toolbar so that full lookup functionality can be restored.
